Imbolc – in-between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, the promise of approaching Spring. It is a perfect time to start planning to move from the warm, comforting darkness of your winter cocoon into the light of the lengthening days.
Go within yourself, and quietly reflect, poking around inside and letting go of whatever is holding onto you (and holding you back) from the past so that you can move forward.
Of course the quiet in ones own mind is never comfortable, now is it?
